Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product is expired or leaked at the time of delivery.
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
Since our products are natural and handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, or aroma are normal and not considered defects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
- Items purchased under special discounts, offers, or sales

Refund or Replacement
After receiving and verifying your returned item:
- You can choose between a full refund or a replacement.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- For replacements, we will dispatch a new product within 5 working days after approval.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
